Kallah: A Night of Jewish Learning

The Kehillah of Chester County and the Kehillah of Delaware County invite you to a virtual evening of friends, thought-provoking entertainment and intellectual fulfillment. The program features a live Zoom performance of Theatre Ariel's production "Ethics of the Fathers aka: The Gangster and The Grandpa" starring playwright Jesse Bernstein. How the Bulgarian Jews Survived the Holocaust

In honor of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Jewish Federation's Jewish Community Relations Council and AJC Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey invite you to learn about the historical events associated with Bulgaria's resistance of pressures from Germany during World War II to deport the 50,000 Jews living there. University of Pennsylvania Professor, Dr. Joseph Benatov, will discuss the competing national narratives from this period of time and Judge Ramy Djerassi will reflect on his family's experience of survival.
