| View in browser Showing Your Blue and White Pride    Seventy-five years after being established as a state, Israel has become a central hub of history, culture and innovation. In commemoration of this major milestone, the Jewish Federation is hosting four exciting, community-wide events: a Community Mitzvah Day, Shabbat Gatherings, a Taste of Israel Festival and an Israel 75 Mission.    Get ready to celebrate by signing up for these events today! Forming Friendships Without Stigma February is Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month. Did you know that the Jewish Federation granted $323,665 last year to local organizations dedicated to increasing disability inclusion? One of these organizations was Philly Friendship Circle, which connects differently-abled children to form long-lasting connections.   Read the story of Solvej Berman and Ezra Hodas, two participants who have built a strong bond. Passing on Tradition For Marc Prine, building a vibrant Jewish community within Philadelphia is paramount. Get Your Graggers Ready for Purim Bright colored costumes swarming the streets, fresh hamentashen stuffed with every type of jam and filling, and masks bejeweled with glitter, gems, and feathers – yes, Purim is on its way!
